informaly you welcome to help.. me. is pleasure to have a concern user to my country.. since i coudln't knew player skill yup that's rating the only parameter...

and since i couldn't knew player skill an open databsed is being a best suitable for me.. or at least the ones who his player is choosen in NT give me a progress info of their player
