eh seberapa besar sih berharganya pelatih bagus... ngaruhnya ke latihan.. berapa lama dia bisa naekin skill pemaen dibandingkan pelatih skill yang lebih rendah..

bt juga soalnya liat progress ekonomi.. tiap minggu minus 500 ribu... dari duit ada dua juta sekarang jadi minus 500 ribu dan skill pemaen gitu2 aja.. di jual juga ga tahu laku bagus ga .. ga ada transfer compare sih..

gua juga minus terus economynya...makanya perlu training buat jualan...

klo economy pas2an, trainernya yg penting skill yg dilatihnya aja, misalnya :
klo ngelatih passing => trainer yg penting passingnya unearthy...sisanya pas2an aja gak apa2...

emang klo skill trainer yg laennya bagus ya lebih baek tapi mahal gajinya jadi yg penting unearthy di skill yg di train aja biar cepet naeknya...

gua latih striker...jadi yg penting yg dibold aja, yg diunderline itu general appraisalnya...gak terlalu perlu kok

masalhnya aku multitrain.. jadi ga latih defencnya aja kadang aku latih pace, kadang teknik kadang stamina.. or ganti pelatih tiap mo ganti latihan

wah klo gitu sih pelatihnya harus bagus semua...mahal banget...

jalan laen : tiap ganti training ganti trainer juga, jadi klo def trainernya yg unearthy def, klo pace trainernya unearthy pace juga etc...
jadi masing2 latihan ada pelatihnya...
klo yg lagi gak dipake dijadiin assistant aja...jadi gak perlu repot2 nyari lagi nantinya...(max assistant 3 orang)...

Training Skills
Each coach is marked for training effectiveness for each of eight playing skills. This marks are valid solely for the main coach. Depending on what you train, you should have a main coach that trains selected individual skill best.
Therefore make sure you hire a head coach that has his strongest skill in the player skill that you want to train (prefer: magical or unearthly)


General appraisal
The better coach the higher salary. At the beginning you would not be able to afford a brilliant coach, unless you want your club to go bankrupt. The salary of the coach is not renegotiable - it remains at the same level.

Any assistant coaches and youth team coaches are assessed ONLY on the general appraisal value. Different teams have different values. It is recommended that your youth coach is somewhere between adequate and formidable depending on your financial situation. Assistant coaches can be between average and solid to make an impact.


Earnings
Coaches cost substantial chunks of cash. A coach with magical main training skill will set you back around £5000 per week. A coach with an adequate average skill £1000 per week. Be wary!

when we going to broke just sell our trainer.. like what i did last season...

but there's still no player skill improve till this second :D.. still formidable :(

klo 3 ya maksimal assisten emang segitu tapi klo duit pas2an mungkin 1 aja dulu....

gua sih cuma 1 assisten dulu skarang soalnya duit minus melulu...1 coach utama dan 1 assistent coach (stamina coach)...

klo non assignment klo gak salah tetep dapat gaji kecuali udah di sack...
