Hey, you probably don’t know me. I’m Tove (Tonny Verkin), 20years old and a Belgian third division team. My link to Indonesia is that the wife and daughter of the father of my girlfriend is from there. I want to help the Indonesian team (even if I’m not elected, I want to give advice)

Realizations:
-I’m the Belgian prono-organisor. (So I follow every NT game;-) )
-Part of the Belgian NT-crew.
-Tutor of several belgian teams.
-Promovate to third division. (Belgium has six divisions.)
-Three seasons experience.
-Indonesian NT-database controller ;-)

Previous program:
-Players database (as foreigner I have no use of your players skills) so Indonesia has the best possible team=>done
-Try to get your country a decend faq=>done
-Bring out NT requirements,…=> I opened a topic (=>[INDO] news) but this topic was closed by a mod
-Answer every question,…=> I tried as good as possible
-Get a good crew(scouts, maybe a translator assistant, …)=> I wasn’t elected so that became impossible
-Bring good results :-) (my plan of doing that is by working with a strong tactic because we all know that Indonesia hasn’t got super-talents (ratings above 50%))=> I wasn’t elected so that became impossible

-Bring the scouting of players in a higher level.
- Get a good crew(scouts, maybe a translator assistant, …), I have some persons in my mind but I’m still waiting to mail them until I’m elected ;-)
- Bring good results :-) (rise from the 52th place on the world ranking)(my plan of doing that is by working with a strong tactic because we all know that Indonesia hasn’t got super-talents )
- Bring out NT requirements, give a report of every game (preview and aftertalk), …
- Answer every question,…

I know it's very difficult the WC-kwalification (normally impossible to get in the WC) but we will try our best ;-)

hi tove, there's some indonesian young player now in a bot team, in current sk policy there's could be on transferlist if they are already played at elast one team in their national team ( alredy did/cmiiw) but if theier current (bot) tam being replaced.

but viewing that indonesian user grow slowly there's a small and will be long posibilty that's their team get a new user, and i afraid if ther'es a time came the player just to much old and wasting sevral years on his training.

could we ask a policy or suggest like in other game (bot mention the name) that if a team being bot but there's have a national team player the player aoutomaticly being transfer listed or a national coach could ask to put the player in transfer listed btw wo si our gamemaster (GM) in sk

You can make him a NT to prevent this player to get lost but they won't take him out of his current team, for the fair play (some teams would have strong bots,bots whitout NT-players and some teams weak because there where a lot of potential NT-players)
So this is impossible.
