My first 5 Points:

1. Youth Team max. 23-24 Years old players-->development big junior academies
2.strong contact with the indonesian managers, and with them, who have a indonesian player
3.Assistentkandidats:The managers of Liga Utama:strider , Annchan,maniakgamez,yudiray-->With their help contact the English not speaking managers,reporting on talents,etc.
4.the development of a strong connection the Hungarian Managers-->Nfs or Friendly leagues (and I would like to take advantage of it the more experienced managers experience
5. min 10 places advancing in the world ranking

I took the first point in two parts:
1. Youth Team max. 23-24 Years old players=>doesn't the NT need to put their strongest team on the field?

-->development big junior academies=> a lot of starting Indonesian managers have financial problems in the beginning, so how is it possible to make big academies?

5. min 10 places advancing in the world ranking =>how are you planning to do this?

my Youth academy plans:The basis there is an opportunity apart from a junior academy some other way to be training juniors -->draw in the first team-->chance to play-->and training(with the suitable training plan , in what we agree who will be training what jointly

and if are in this manner the suitable players,this may be already then "our Youth Team"

we are probable in this manner to repair 10 places 1-r 1,5 years

last season there's only about 15? indonesian user, now we double it, so we need some help for scouting, answering the question etc, obviously it's better if it come from more experienced managers.
