Hello,
My name is Patpatat. I’am the manager of F.C. Djem. I started in the 5th belgium league in 2006. And after 13 seasons I reached the Belgium first league. Next Sunday I start my fifth season in first League.
How do I get there? By working hard and growing little by little. I see sokker as a long term game. For me it’s important to have the best trainers and the best talentfull youth.
I think we can build something like that here in Hayastan. A solid structure. If every manager opens an youthschool. Take the best trainers possible. I think in a few season’s Hayastan is much stronger.
Next season there is a world cup. Hayastan is already out but I think it’s important that we can play in the mini world cup. Play some games against teams from the same level to improve the ranking of Hayastan. Maybee somenone could put Hayastan in the list? And with an higher ranking it is much easier to qualify.
But it’s impossible to do it alone so I need 2 or 3 motivated managers to help me.
At the moment there are 39 players in the national team. We have to ask to update these players. But maybee we forgot some good players. Also we have to search them. Ask their skills at their managers.
For me it’s also important to have a good cooperation with the U-21 coach. That is the future of the NT of Hayastan. Without good young players there is no good NT in a few years.
Also important is to scout the opponents. Not only in their national teams but also in their teams. What tacticks they use? If they change them a lot?
You can see, there is a lot of work to do but I like it.
If you have some questions? Please ask them. On Thursday I’am going for a few days to Germany. But I’ll be back on Sunday.
