I've been manager of both Armenian NTs[A-team and U21 team] for 8 seasons altogether, but I have never blamed the quality of players when I lost a match.....I simply said that it was my fault,or that the opponent was too strong for us.......Maybe you had good intentions with your post, but try to be more diplomatic when you're trying to say something......I don't think the armenian guys liked the way you said what you've said.

you have just demolished the entire Armenia NT,and what the armenian guys made until now, with your post....

Here is my reply why I choose for arsen soukissian last week. I can understand you but I explain you why I choose for him. Every week I look at the form of every player.
I also have a list with points for every player. It’s different for defenders, mids and attackers.
Arsen is our 11 best mid. This season I received already 3 important pops from the owner.
Ishkhan Djorkaeff had a red card
Zaven Tamanyan, Vigen Boyajyan, Arman Avetikyan played the match.
Spartak Baghdasaryan (0), Samvel Khacherian (9), Ararat Hovannisyan (10), Ruben Roubenyan (6) are very low in form
Aram Smbatyan is injured
So I had to choose between Aramais Hovannisyan (79.75 points) and Arsen Soukiassyan (78.25 points). They were equal in form. So I looked at the passing. Aramais has excellent. Arsen Briljant. Aramais is already 28y. Arsen 23. With his match he receives some extra training.
