May I ask how the scouting is organised? I see Armenia has it's own database, but did you the scouting on your own or who is admin?

Btw, this is the qualification group, a really tough one. Spain is the best ranked team from pot 2, Uruguay one of the best of pot 3..

There is a database, but it isn't linked to oSokker I think.. you can't see the player's skills using the oSokker feature. So I asked for updates through sk mail at the start of the season and I simply copied the player's skills in his private note.

And the qualification group is a very tough one indeed.. Will be hard to surprise I think.

Perhaps you might come back next season? Because the Hayastan community mostly elects people they've known from the past, people who've been here before the elections.. Of course you're a very decent coach with a shitload of experience (just check your NT results of the past season), but for them you came out of nowhere :p I'll definitely do my best and I'll try to find the maximum time possible to lead this NT in a decent way..

Yeah, I might do that.. however as long as you're willing to continue there's no urgency I think. But I'll surely have a closer look from now on and leave a comment here and there, because Hayastan's development could be quite exciting. Most other countries are descending in terms of users and therefore players pool/quality. But Hayastan now slowly starts to profit from the recent (or not so recent anymore) user gain.
