The reports of irregular transfers go in a singol file visible to all the admin and any admin can decide (for ex: an polish admin can ban a italian user and vice versa).

Only the player banned can ask info because is not correct to speak of people who are not present and would not lead to anything.
Or you are one who has been banned and then we can discuss (in private) or speake abouth the user X isn't a non sense, but now i take a look abouth this user and if i can i give you more info.
