With the other admin, have reviewed all the teams that have been banned.
There are valid reasons for the ban to these teams: the rules have been violated heavily and many times (for khow the reasons of the ban, is sufficient see the transfers of the banned teams) and these teams will not be back to the game.

Teams that can be readmitted are:
- Goris [47209] with fine of 50.000 Euro for breaking rules and yellow card, next time ban
- bakunts [47204] with fine of 50.000 Euro for breaking rules and yellow card, next time ban
- FC GEV [47075] but under close observation
- Urartu [47152] but under close observation

For any info you can write to me. Any other info not in pubblic.
