Hello Hayastan

Most of you will already know me a bit.
I`m a manager from Svizzerland, and thats my 4th season in sokker. I started in 3th league and now I`m in the highest league in svizzerland (Super League).

In the first 2 seasons I was national coach from my own country. I did manage the qualifing round for the first World Cup.

Now I want to creat a Hayastan-Team.

Vote for me, if you want to be sure, that there is a manager who spend a lot of time!

If you want to be national coach you'll play with players in with age? It'll be young players or maturity??;)

I know already quiet all hayastan players in sokker. I would play surely only with players that get trained!

Training is the only way to become bether.

Witch tactic do you prefer, and witch will you play if you'll be a coach of Hayastan?

I prefer a 3-5-2.

But of course I wouldn`t play this in hayastan.
To have a chance, I would play a 5-3-2

I have a hayastan defender myself. He is one of the best defenders from hayastan. But against great strikers from other countries he doens`t have a chance. Thats the reason why I would play with 5 defenders (in 2 lines) so I can hope, that always 2 defenders come for 1 other striker.

And I have to say, that we shouldn`t have too high aimes...

There are only 3 managers, and I know most of the players in hayastan. Most important is, that all the young players get good training. Thats the most important. Of course we can also win perhaps the one or other game!

I have already founded Suisse national team.

These are in my opinion the most important points:

1. Find new managers in Hayastan (that would then be your work Humur ;-)

2. Write to all the managers who has hayastan players. I know quiet all, that shouldn`t be a big problem...

3. Most important for all players! Look that all players has experience stamina, thats most important.

The first year will be the hardest for hayastan.

Is the question why that I want to be coach from hayastan?

My resason is very simple. First, I have 2 friends from hayastan (one is manager banants), and the country is very interessting. The second reason is, that I like it, to be the coach from small teams. Is interessting to build up a national-team without big stars...
