Okay, thanks mate. I'll tell you one thing, for the job of NT manager, you don't need to be a native manager. It's the experience, the motivation, that's what counts in my opinion. In Belgium there will be a Polish manager next season, he doesn't speak our language, but he's just the best man for the job. Of course it would be easier that I speak Armenian, but tell them I'll do my best to communicate with them in English and maybe Russian. ;)
