WHO AM I? (IN REAL LIFE)

Hi, I'm Chris and I'm 24 years old. I'm a filmaker and I make especially short film, by the way I always study and work for improve my background.

I like soccer and sokker (of course) and I past some time every day on the web.

Before of a very bad injury one year ago I plaied football, now I'm healing too, but that's the life.

WHO AM I (IN SOKKER LIFE)

I'm always chris :) , the manager of scrubs.

I play in the Italian second league and I'm the Italian U20 Mid scout.

I collaborated with the Italian vice ct Icci for the U21 world tournament too (where we lose with France to penalties).

A little summary of my sokker life:

1 season: 1st place in 5th league and promotion in 4th league

2 season: 3rd place in 4th league (NT Italian scout for 5th league)

3 season: 1st place in 4th league and promotion in 3th league (NT Italian scout for 5th league)

4 season: 1th place in 3th league and promotion in 2nd league (NT Italian U20 Mid scout)

5 season: 2nd place in 2nd league (NT Italian U20 Mid scout)


WHAT ABOUT TACTICS?

It is very important do tactics holding account of the ability of different players in the own list, but in optimal condition I prefer play in this way:

I trained MID for 2 season then Forward, so I prefer to play with max 4 DEF, but if I play against a team stronger than mine I could use more DEF.

I don't like always play with the same tactic for don't give any benefit to my opponent, so we can play with 442, 433, 424, but 451 too (like the AsRoma of Spalletti), not many match with 3 DEF b.t.w.

I think that the study of opponent, very good scout and very good train are vital for win the matches.

WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO?

1)Involve the community in NT project (I would choose some scouts here and open some topic about NT. I want a NT of all.

2) Improve the level of train (for big result in the next future)

3) Increase the work of the scout for improve the possibility to have good young talent and create a NT U21 scout group with a Database where put the skill of player like Italian database.

4) Create a direct line with the new users for give they help immediately.

thanks.. I'm a bit glad because noone send to me or to other candidates some questions.. I think that the relantionship between CT and the community is the base for build a solid NT.
