Isma Jien din tal NT irrid bilfors ikun Malti sagro sant ma nistax nifimha. Din il-loghba giet mahluqa fuq football reali tajjeb. Issa harsu naqra madwarkhom u araw il football. mela ezepju:
Team Nazzjonali Malti Dusan Fitzel Czech
Team Nazionali Ingliz Fabio Capello Taljan
Team Nazionali Portugiz Scolari Braziljan
Chelsea Avam Grant Israelit
Liverpool Benitez Spanjol
Manchester Utd Ferguson Scotland
Anke Inter kellhom xeba baranin coaches
Allura ma nara xejn hazin li jkun hemm belgian coach ta Malta LOL

I can't understand the fuss about not having a foreign coach for the NT Malta. The Sokker game is based on real soccer. So look at real international football:
Examples:
Maltese National Team Dusan Fitzel Czech
England National Team Fabio Capello Italian
Portugal National Team Scolari Brazil
Chelsea Avam Grant Israel
Liverpool Benitez Spain
Manchester Utd Ferguson Scotland
And even Inter had several foreign coaches in the past.
So whats wrong with having a Belgian National coach LOL

To all those who voted for Ramon because they had no alternative because they did not feel like voting for Maqoma, to all those who voted for Maqoma as they to had no alternative because they to did not feel like voting for Ramon. Why dont you give your vote to me. I have the intention to work with all the experts in tactics, Ramon has already offered his help and I assume that maqoma who loves Malta so much that he is contesting our elections for sure would be the first to help I think
So vote for me

With all respect, I think I wouldn't join the crew if I lose. If you respect me then you shouldn't be candidate after this bug elections.
2008-02-22 08:54:06
Sorry but you should show respect to me this is democracy I have the right to put my candiditure for the election like anyone else. and have the right to vote. So sorry but this is not a matter of respect and by the way i respect my family not people i have never met and what a bad looser you are not wanting to join for the good of our lovely island with lots of talent in sokker. I thought you was the person wayne told us all about wanting to help our country so were has all that help gone. You can all read whats in the forum Maltese users so vote with your heart and now with your mind too. Read that Maqoma is not ready to help if he looses. What a bad looser you are i am sorry to hear that I thought you were more a man about this game and show some fair play. PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR VOTES AND VOTE FOR OUR COALATION THE TEAM WITH MANY MINDS EVEN IF ONE OF THEM DOES NOT WANT TO COME THERE ARE STILL LOTS LEFT Ps and what about you Wayne would you help if the coalation is formed????????

"So sorry but this is not a matter of respect and by the way i respect my family not people i have never met" Still a NT coach need to show respect to other sokker users, because the NT coach is the man who show how Sokker Malta users are. If he don't show respect to others, then people will think the same about the Malta users.

Anyway, you don't need to offend me of a bad looser. Other Sokker Malta users have still the same vision like me about the bug elections...better, if I had lost the bug elections I wouldn't candidate myself (so I'm not a bad looser).

+ I didn't said that I wouldn't help Sokker Malta anymore. I only wouldn't do the tactic help for the National Team matches, that's all.

Edit: A quote from wikipedia.

Respect is an assumption of good faith and competence in another person or in the whole of oneself. Depth of integrity, trust, complementary moral values, and skill are necessary components.[1]

Respect is the term used to value oneself or others. It also could be applied to taking care of oneself, others or the environment. It adds general reliability to social interactions. It enables people to work together in a complimentary fashion, instead of each person having to understand or even agree with each other every time. Respect is very important to communities because it helps people get along with other people.

Ps and what about you Wayne would you help if the coalation is formed????????

I think Maqoma already won the elections last week, so we need to support him. If you win, I'll help Sokker Malta maybe with scouting, but I wouldn't make the tactics.

Thanks

So our guru of tactics has abandoned us to but he would always fill the space of a scout, well we could use a scout so be prepared thats the moto of scouts Eh.........

"Still a NT coach need to show respect to other sokker users, because the NT coach is the man who show how Sokker Malta users are. If he don't show respect to others, then people will think the same about the Malta users."

First of all you are not yet officially the NT of Malta.
Secondly I will get to know the Malta users much more faster than you and then they will become close friends and collueges in the National team of sokker and then we will have what is called mutual respect.(You can look that up in wikipedia too) Malta sokker user knowing I am willing to help in what ever manner i can will surely convince them that i respect and love Malta much more than you.

"Issa tajjeb ukoll madoffi gejt ha ghalih ghax ghatlu bad user"

I am very sorry if I offended you and really hope you forgive me "ghax lanqas norqod il-lejla" The election was open for everyone and had the right to contest if the admins wanted it to be a race between the same candidates in first elections they could have done so.
So you talk about respect: quote from wikpedia the one you took
"good faith and competence in another person or in the whole of oneself. Depth of integrity, trust, complementary moral values, and skill are necessary components"

I dont think you will be offering this whole picture if you are not elected since you are only ready to help partially together with your mate.

And finally all voters another little quote gently gathered by our helpfull friend Maqoma who is doing reaserch for us on the internet.
"Respect is very important to communities because it helps people get along with other people."

Vote for a community of players in sokker who want the best for the NT and I am sure we will get along very well.

Mela ejjew ilkoll flimkien BIDU GDID, iva ivutaw lili u IVA FLIMKIEN KOLLX POSSIBLI biex ikollna NT Team maghmul min hafna esperti disponibli fil kamp tas sokker Malti

Grazzi min qalbi bir rispett kollu

PS Wayne ghamilli pjacir fejn hemm bil bold ghamillu naqa translation lil siehebna ghax ghandi xi konferenzi stampa u laqghat ma communita tas sokker Malti u ma ghandix cans. U mhux sewwa inhalli il konstitweni jistenew.

Thanks

I think the problem is all here.....

Last week maqoma won the elections.....fair enough....

There was a bug and am more than sure that Malta was NOT involved so I do 100% believe Maqoma won a deserved election......but that was last week!!

HOWEVER...here comes the problem....

there was a re-election (very unfortunate thing to happen to Maqoma)....thus another week of canvasing came in..... Unfortunately, in this week many things happened..... and many ppl could have changed their mind (cause thats what ppl do all the time..change their minds and thoughts...like what happened with wayne when he decided that what he thought before about Foreign NT's now changed for him - am using this just for an example - so dont quote that I think wayne had done bad or no!! He has every right to do so!! its just an example of how ppl can change their mind very easily).

Including myself the first one.....

I was one of those who voted Maqoma in the 1st elections.....cause after doing my homework well adn after speaking privately with both candidates (fenomino can confirm) i was convinced he was the right candidate for our NT. (nothing personal Alan)

However... as things proceeded in this 2nd elections, things changed a lot... this election I decided to vote dunyanmt for 3 things.

1) cause he is part of our team and since I know him very well I know he can do a good job and though he is not an expert in tactics he will surely involve ppl for the best sake of the NT cause he has nothing to hide.

2) He is in favor of my alternative proposal...thus ...how can I don't vote him if he is the only candidate who propose what I think is the right choice to do? I will go against my principles!

3) Unfortunately enough to say the 2nd election propaganda done by Maqoma was not convincing as i thought before...I think the 2nd canvasing session is leaking credibility thats why some ppl changed their minds....from what is said and read here! the actual number of voters are much more than the ppl who actually speak here in number. ( be aware ppl may read but NOT participate in forum discussions)

I'm still positive Maqoma will win the elections but what if the number of voters decreased substantially from the last win? will it be a problem or not?

How are we supposed to thrust someone who wants to help in tactics only if Himself or Wayne wins? but if someone else wins the elections both of you are going to act just like "scouts" ?? Sorry to say but sounds very fishy!

That's why NOW many ppl are worried!! Cause they are doubting the intentions of holding such position.

I hope you'll understand well this concept i'm trying to put forward and don't take this personally. I'm just pointing out my and some other doubts!!

Now you all probably got to know that i write what i really think so this post is NOT intended to be an offense to any candidate at all but my point of view.
2008-02-22 13:25:36
Maqoma won the first elections, so vote again for him. He was in the past the best Belgian NT coach, keep that in mind.

2 words : Vote maqoma
2008-02-22 13:33:29
How come he did not ever contest the Beligian NT again?

How come he is so interested in Malta Nt?

can you explain please
2008-02-22 13:39:53
Finally someone realised for what I had been fighting for so long...

Thank you fsoler for understanding some of my complaints, that are emerging with the speaches made by the other contendants
