Forum Rules
1. It is forbidden to use insulting or vulgar language:
-It is forbidden to threaten, insult or tease other users
-It is forbidden to use bad or vulgar language.
-This includes masking any of the above (ie using replacement characters instead of a few of the characters or using obvious misspellings to represent a curse word).
2. It is forbidden to produce spam in forum threads, guestbook posts and SK-mails.
The following examples (and not limited to) will be treated as spam:
-bumping a thread without any real need (many transfer forums have their own bumping rules)
-using meaningless thread titles
-creating multiple similar threads
-creating new threads for the same subject as existing ones
-writing overly off-topic posts
-overusing capital letters in titles of threads or in posts
-using enlarged font, colors or other special characters without any purpose
-breaking individual transfer forum rules (ie posting a player not native to that country in a closed transfer forum, all closed forums or transfer forums with rules will have a rule thread in capital letters in them (usually on the first page, but may be 2 or 3 pages away)
3. It is forbidden to advertise players by sk-mails or in guestbooks, unless responding to a request from a user.
- Responding with adverts for players that strongly diverge from requested is not allowed.
- Advertising through other means, sending junk-mail to any user or inducing voters during the elections shall also be punished.
4. You must not impersonate a member of the Sokker staff or another user of Sokker.
5. It is strongly forbidden to present illegal materials or materials that may be breaking the law.
- Presenting pornography, racist or fascist contents, links to illegal software or cracks to licensed products will be punished.
- This includes requesting, as well as posting, anything illegal.
6. Public protests to moderators or administrators punishment decisions must not be made.
- Any person disagreeing with one moderator’s or administrator’s decision is allowed to contact with another moderator or administrator to clarify the situation. The outcome of this appeal (which may result in the change of the punishment) will be unquestionable and final.
7. Suspect and over priced transfers should not be discussed in the forum. Instead, click transfer on the player, then dubious and fill out the form with the reason why you believe the transfer to be unjust in the text box.
8. For anything which breaks any of the above rules, a member of staff may either remove it themselves or request that it is removed (for example, as a guest book post, or news item). Failure to do so could result in some form of punishment (forum ban or financial fine).
9. It is the moderator’s and administrator’s duty to enforce the rules at their discretion.
- All cases will be dealt with individually.
These rules are general guidelines for administrators and moderators. All penalties may be increased or decreased, according to the severity of the crime committed.
- Administrator or moderator may take into account the seniority of the wrongdoer before making his decision
- Repeated breaking of the rules may lead to increased forum bans, additional financial fines or even the blocking of your account.
- Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse for breaking them.
- The staff reserve the right to modify the Rules at any time, when this is done, users will be notified of the changes.

While you all play the part of friends online you are ready on each others' neck to bite the shit out of your fellow sokker players.
I am writing all this in (grammatically correct) English so that everyone watching this thread can understand what is going on in Sokker in Malta, that includes Admin and maqoma.
And yes most of the top players of Sokker in Malta have more than one user and one team.
This is what admin should note! A serious run down on all rulebreakers is now a necessity.
