i have a question about the league table of the juniour school

What does it mean the part of the table league which is marked with green and the other lower part marked with white ? cause i think that the part marked with green is indicating where the users have more than 11 juniurs in the school and the white part is incicating where the users don't have at least 11 players . Am i right or wrong

Prabably promotion, because at polish table there are many teams highlated in green which dont have 11 juniors.

important - what about teams which dont have 11 juniors? Why they have possibility to join juniors league?

They already joined actually, but they will lose for WO obviosly. And once the user has 11 juniors, they will play as usual

But its out of sense, If I want watch my team and how juniors play (to observe they skills) and my team will win for WO? Absurde
Teams with less then 11 juniors should dont have possibility to join league.

Havent heard someone else in Holland has that problem. So probally it is a mistake in some country's or is Holland one of the country's where it is no problem.
