I have follow here the whole story about the election of Marco. The reason of this is because I believe in Marco's abilaties to be a National coach. In fact I am the manager who did ask Marco several times to be canidate for one of the 2 Dutch national teams.
The reason I write here right now is that I am availble to help Marco as National coach. I will try to help him with all the aspects of a NT coach, without making the tactic. Because I was member of the Dutch crew for several seasons (4 or 5 as scout) I have seen a lot of things who are also important for a National coach. You got to think here on scouting players till helping the community.
I don't know your community really, so first I have to see what is here allready. But things I want to do is to put on a mentor system or mentor myselfe and look to the youth squads and their coaches. And see if I can give here advises.
I agreed with Marco that I am only availbe if you (the Maltese community) want to have mine help. Offcourse Marco believes he can use mine help in here.
I also want to say that when I begin here and start with something I will do mine best to finish this.

First things i want to focus on:
- get an updated player list of potential NT players
- arrange friendlies against countries a bit higher in ranking but not in rating to have a quick way in achieving a higher ranking
we really need to focus on these things...
