Subject: [U21] Davornmar

Hello Malta,

I'm Davornmar, the italian manager of AC Manutenzione. I'll try to be not verbose, words aren't useful. I'll tell you sincerely my qualities, my defects and the reasons why I apply to the National U21 Team of Malta.

Manager Curriculum:
Seas.19: E.151 1° , NT-Scout
Seas.18: E.151 3° , 2nd NT-Coach
Seas.17: E.151 2° , NT-Scout
Seas.16: P.0124 1°
Seas.15: P.0124 3°

Tactics: I'm not so chameleon-like with tactics, basically I use the 4-3-1-2 which I try to improve every match. About this module I change few aspects, depending on my opponent: the height of defensive and offensive lines, the position of players on free-kicks and throw-in, and the skills of the players for each role basing on opponent characteristics. Rarely I use also other modules, such as 4-3-3 and 5-3-2.

Scouting: This is sure my best skill, due to my strong experience in three seasons (2 with Denmark, 1 with Italy), my knowledge of NT-Database and best scouting tools, my computer skills (I'm a software engineer) and, last but not least, my love and my presence on Sokker.

Malta-U21 choice: 2 main reasons... the first is technical, Your community has got a number of users enough to build the foundations for a strong and competitive NT-Senior, this by a very good scounting job and U21-players training support... this is my target; the second reason is emotional, because I like your history, your culture, your country and your people which I knew and appreciated during my vacation in Malta.

Staff: If I'll win the election, I'll focus on building a competent and determined staff, by a mix of Maltese and Italian users.

ti parlo in italiano perche mi vengono meglio le parole. se veramente ti sta a cuore il nostro paese e vuoi lavorare con i maltesi spero che, se non sarai fortunato nelle elezzioni, puoi sempre mandare un messagio al fortunato che vincera ed aiutarlo come hai gia fatto in altri paesi.

Ho visto che Shearer, attuale CT-U21 e utente maltese, si è ricandidato alla guida della U21... è giusto che votiate lui!

Se volete, e se nessun utente maltese fosse interessato, potrei dare una mano alla vostra comunità candidandomi alla Nazionale Senior dove al momento ci sono solo utenti stranieri.

I saw that Shearer, current U21-Coach and maltese user, applied again for U21 election... it's the right thing for you to vote him!

If you want, and if no maltese user is interested, I would collaborate with your community by applying to the NT-Senior where at the moment there are only foreign users.
