Subject: [NT] Maqoma

Hi, my name is Maqoma and I have decided to run in the NT elections. This is my thirth time of running for this job in Malta, and I personally feel that I am totally ready to take on the role:

- The “old” guys here know me as a former international administrator and moderator, but also as a former NT coach from Malta. I did the job for 2 seasons, and I like it very much. In the time that I was NT coach I helped the community with the youth school, NT database, support, etc. ..

- I'm tactically very astute, I have created a new custom tactic for nearly every league match played over the last couple of seasons. These have been largely very successful, and I would say that I have improved through practice in this area, becoming better and better and creating tactics to counter my opponents and play to my strengths.

- I was successful at a club level. I have promoted to the first division and become second and thirth in the Belgium Cup. At this moment I started with a new goal, promoting from fifth to first division as fast as possible.

- I'm an active Belgium forum member, and as such I feel that I could communicate well on all NT issues and make you all feel involved.

National Team Achievements:

•1 season of being NT coach of New Zealand - top 3 in the qualifications and NZ selected for the first time for the world cup.
•2 seasons of being NT coach of Belgium. In the first World cup in Sokker, Belgium won the qualifications in a group with the best country (after Poland of course) Nederland, Slovensko, etc In this season Belgium went from place 29 to 8(?). 2nd time/season I played the World cup and ended in the last 8th of the World (lost against Spain).
•2 seasons of being NT coach of Malta. Ranking from Malta from +60 to 45.
•3 seasons of being NT coach of Netherlands. 5th place in the world ranking, 3th in the senior World cup and U21 world cup.
•1 season - U21 coach Belgium - Qualification / first place in the group.

Just a small correction, you were not the first foreign nt coach of malta though cause the first coaches for our nt if i am not mistaken were italians.
