I'am an italy man with good experience in sokker.I played in Italy serieB (second level) for many seasons.
I'm training midfielders from 7 years and i was in NT italian staff for 10 season and in England staff for 1 season.
I Trained Belarus U21 for last 2 seasons.I played with many young players from 18 to 20 years and I builded a good database for future of their NT senior.
I trained Pilipinas NT for 1 year with brilliant results for all community.

I want create a good database for the future of Malta, and i want minimum 3 our users users in my staff to organize a great job.

I want create a big interest to Nt for all users of your Nation.

I want use player that are trained in good way, age not is important, series not is important.
Together we can make a good job.All users, if they want, will make an important part in my project.

I decided to be Coach U21 for Malta beccause our community follow sokker, beccause Italy and Malta are near, beccause past coaches of Malta made a wonderful job with some players.
I want improve number of sokker players in your nation, I apologize sokker very often and in Pilipinas me and my staff builded a very good community. I usualyy apologize palyers on sell in international forum and young players not trained can go at team with a very good staff and improve their skills. I will open a thread in Italy for Malta players, if I will be your U21 coach.

if you are elected as Nt coach of Malta U21what will be your target for next season?

I want create a good database, write all weeks youngs pulled in the schools and follow these young with NT U21 staff, talk with their managers.

I want help new users, ad I make in my nation ( we have a good manuals in Italy, we need only a translator to use in Malta).

I would see tactic editor in NT U21 and create many tactis for all situations, as I made in Pilipinas (I made 30 tactics).I never play with the same tactics.

I want create a group of active users that love sokker, that talk on training and tactics every week, every night, as in a pub.

I would know how many youth team there are, suggest right coach for youth.

I wolud build a generetion of sokker players to improve ranking of malta and try to win qualifications at next wcq.

In the past nations ad yours, as Australia, New Zealand and others builded a good team with help of 10-15 active users.

I think that in Premiere you can have Malta players, for good future of your nations.
Now I nt would too long to read, but I think that is very important apologize new players pulled in youth schools, decide if their must sold or trained, write in open TF forum and search goo trainers.In Italy we have 3d for young of every nations

and what about the world cup qualifications?

Best team have a valuation around 60 poitns, Malta can arrive at 50/52. Qualification is difficult, but not impossible.
Now I don't know database and players U21, but I must see if Malta have good defenders, forwards etc, to decide what tactic use.
I think that with a good job Malta can arrive in 30 better NT U21 team

I suggest you write in Italian I think we will understand you better but I will reply in english because I don't write good italian. I most probably will be Malta NT we will need to work together if we both win elections.

I want a staff totally builded with Malta users, I want enjoy with you, nothing must be interested in U21 team than you!
I know ramon mercieca from 2 years, we talked in past time and in last days I talked with fsoler, Coach of Canada.

I think that, if I will be elected, NT u21 staff can be builded with your decisions, using most active users in your community.

We can make a serious project using experience of old users , but I woyuld that new users too partecipate at the live of NT U21.

Every week we talk about training, form, skills and o0ther on Malta forum, for tactics, we talk in private.

I think that a good staff need of: 1 assitant Coach, 1 scout for mid, 1 for defenders, 1 for forward and 1 for gk

5 persons is good number, but if you want more, for me is ok, at you desisions
