I begin to create a schedule for malta u21.
I see that Malta lost some good U21 players and two good players are injured!

I promised some results in my first season as Coach of malta U21, I want see, together, arrival point of my project:

1) build a complete DB: ok
Me and Jean updated many players and found new players, good job, I think
2)Increase users: failed
Sokker lose users in last months and it's difficult increase users in Malta!
3)Third place in Group:failed
I hope to make 2th place, but Indonesia was better, but we make a good qualification Group, very bad our strikers
4)Improve quality forum:ok
5)Advertize players in international forum:ok
we placed some interesting young in Italy and others in Poland, I'm satisfied, good job
we have only 7-8 users, but I'm satisfied, we talk about young and training and Nt teams are enough followed.

In last months some meltese users writed in Italy, was very important to advertize own players, I think that need write often.

I wait your opinion, I would know think that we apprciated and think that we must improve.
