Thank you guys for my new election as U21 coach.
I had 80% of votes, not 100% a time all users love me:D

It is good to have the 80% and not the 100% so it makes you work more and not take us for granted lol :P

Maqoma got 20% cause he was previously NT coach of Malta and he did quite well so people knew him too.

Look at it this way.....you did better than the PD and PDL :)

Need pace and we found gk for next u21 season!

After the match vs albania, today, I decide to leave Malta NT u21.

We lose on light injury of our gk, lanfranco failed 10 easy goal, failed a penalty.

Our mid not do any passing and defenders send the ball only away the lines!

I thinkhed that some players (as Lanfranco sigh..)can help our youngs NT but I failed my mission.

There is a good database now and I hope that my job need at next Coach and I hope that will be Jean, user that help me in these 3 seasons, he knows many players.

I follow you in future and I remember my maltese friends and all guys of this forum, with work Malta can improve, I hope that I made spmething for all you. In next season next Coach must use 20 years player to prepare next qualification.Good luck

Thanks for the time spent managing Malta U21. Sometimes this game really makes you go mad, so its not a surprise when things like that happen (loosing against a weaker opponent).

Unfortunately in the coming years U21 will be a tough job because we lost many good junior schools and this season not even a good junior came out of the junior school, so this makes it very difficult for future coaches. a good coach cant do miracles without good players.
