My friend, an Italy user, studied a tool that give playoff after the sunday match, in every week of the season, not only at last.
If you want know your opponent in playoiff after last week (or other week) is possible. In Italy from many seasons we use this tool.The creator is the same that give us all malta players in the world in last season. He is in Italy staff moderartors for several seasons.
