Hi, friends.
My name is Lszlo Zsolt, i play this game from 2007 and i am very passionate user, promoter of Hungary.
In the past i was Japan NT manager,
also then Hungary U21 manager, exactly before actual rohamkacsa, getting them one time to WC.
Then i goes to much more little Australia U21, getting them also 2 times in the row to WC.
I will try my best in Malta, if you choose me to make a better future here also for your NT.
I will collaborate with users, i am a tactical passionate also(i makes for my club over 60 tactics) , i am ready to go forward with Malta.
Actually, i stand on III-th romanian league, after i ended in II-th where i goes to train young talented players...

Thanks for voting, so we will go together next season, a friendly but still important season, when i wanna make a serious job here, to prepare next WCQ with trust,using best and also younger players, testing some tactics etc.

Hi, my pleassure to announce the official start on new season for me and Malta NT together.
This is'nt just a friendly season, we will use alot of players and also tactics to prepare the new WCQ season at a high level.
I got here a very good old team, but also some interesting young promissions, so actually i'm very happy to be here and help them, the old players to not lose to much skils and the youngs to reach more higher skils, we will play both generations aswel, because actually old players we need on form to WCQ and the youngs we need to help to improve and to make much more appropiate in skills for our future.
We are ready to go for new ranking points and after we will play in EU U27 with youngs.
I presented this beginning of season having an important(for me) helping hand on your past U21 manager, who losed the elections with draw, so i think, he deserve to remain here, as my NT scouting assistent.He will help me to find new NT players and to be informed about players skills.
But the maxime of responsability is mine:i will play the players, i will prepare tactically and totally the matches etc.
This week i makes my first tactic here and i create the schedule of Malta NT for new season:

week 00: EU U27/Australia
week 01: EU U27/Perú
I think, everything will be OK, alot of players will have possibility to play, together(in mixed team) or separated(as just U27 at EU), even i think the first team of a country is the first player's place.
We go from 53-th place(i notice this every beginning of season), after a very good job of past coach here.
Now i prepare the first match against Uzbekistan, is a very important first match for us, they are the 47-th position, a few above us, so we will play strong for points here.
Go, Malta...i will come back here after my first game.

Today we goes with an easy win vs. Uzbekistan,5-0, the opponent coach does'nt makes tactic for match.The win is win, but i preferred to see what i works with team whole this week.
We're going forward, next step is Panamá for us.

i'm happy for this team, they makes better my day.
I need more work on tactic i used today and make others, but the way on we started this season is OK.
I used today 5 U27 players, i wanted also to play with Mangion, but he was injuried.
Next week we play with the Dominican Republic, that will be a much stronger opponent, 68,9 marks played today.

We continue to win, today, with another tactic, Malta wins again, 5-1!
I used the base players, but i continued to try more players to.I gives a little pause to our better valued MID, Felice to try Axiaq, also for the first time i tried E.Mamo DEF, Bellizzi ATT and also Gaffarena a very promited young striker.I ended the game with two young strikers(Gaffarena and Stellini), both scored today cause is so important to watch playing some youngs together before the Euro U27, that we'll go to play with very strong teams on group:Romania, Germany and Slovakia.
I'm satisfied of our style to play, hoping to continue together aswel for Malta first eleven.
Next opponent is Russia.

This time we wins against a better marked team of Russia :3-0 !
The game shows me, sometime is just good to change the winger.
And also i tried Sandro Lagana first time as striker...

Younger Malta players i tried to know them before U27 EU, that we'll play soon and i am very happy to see them playing great, just like our old boys.Congrats for his owners, i hope they will train more for our NT future.

I`m sorry, not all games are the same, i know now, we don`t are unbeatable :D
But i don`t care too much about it, we`re better than before, this is that means.And we still stand 3 places above we was at the beginning of this season.Was a friendly when our opponent prepared the match better than me(it was impossible to me if my PC just crashed on weekend :D ).No problem, i`m still just fine, i`m not losing my hope on our NT.After 5 winning we got a lose...is`nt so much problem.
