Subject: U21 NT coach

It will be an honor for me to be your NTu21 coach.
I decided to run for the NT MaltaU21 trainer for several reasons.
I like interesting challenges, and such is the help in the development of young players.
You have active junior schools, a small but systematically playing community and young players with potential, which guarantees good fun and nice challenges.
Something about me:
My name is Karol. I am 36 years old and have been playing sokker for many years. I ran the first club in the years 2007 - 2014/15. Then there was a pause. But what is life without a Sokker? : D
I have experience in the game, recently ran KazakhstanU21. It was a mega challenge - no active users, no player base, no info about players. But I managed to create a base, make the basics. I am working on creating a community from Kazakhstan, I encourage people from that country to play the game, but this work is difficult. I would continue to work there, but someone with a longer experience in playing (related to my new club) volunteered and would win the election.
So I'm looking for a new challenge. Don't get me wrong, running the NT MaltaU21 is not a substitute. It is another challenge and as long as you are satisfied with my work, I will continue it longer. I think that it will be possible to build the foundations for Malta NT, select and prepare the players for the adult team.
Main goals:
-keep an updated database of young players.
-promoting young players from Malta in the largest Sokker community (Poland), in the international community in order to train them in terms of the NT and optimal development
- gain ranking points (whenever possible)
- activate the Maltese community, if there is a response, organize some competition with the NTu21 lead prize in a friendly match (if there is any interest: D)
I am asking for votes and let's start work!
