I have a question to ask : Now, how are we going to know the player's talent, if the graph now is moving up and down all the time ?

EG:




First week the player popped , The next 2 weeks nothing happened , 4th week the player popped , 5th & 6 th week nothing happened 7 th week 1 dropped down , 8 th week Nothing happened , and in the 9th week he popped twice in same week.

NB: In this sample that i showed above we must notice that the player before the new implimentation about juniors he already was a 3 week talented



What talent does this graph represent now ?

cause it look a bit funny if we all know that the lowest talent is 3


In my opinion this looks like he is under than 3 week talented :::: let say something around 2.5 week talent


The question is Now how we are going to know the talent of our players & is there any formula about how can we determinate the talent of our youth in our junior schools ?

According to what greg said , the match is not going to effect the player's talent , so why do we need to wait untill the 1st match to discuss this issue?

I read somewhere around that the talent is going to stay as before is it so ?

if yes why is this graph showing that the players is around 2.5 week talent ? so the graph is there for nothing , Remember that greg said that the talent is going to stay as before

that correct, junior talent is more aquarete if he plays the match and also your juniors coach general skills, like before it will require two pops to determing most likely talent, so graph is not something to be taken as a proof, this way you are forced to train junior players longer then before this way 2 good things are,...possibility of inflation reduced and its more like real football, takes longer to see what player will be like....in my personal oppinion new system is much more fair, better and realistic

what is the talent of this player ?

gregs intention was that we don't know the talent as exactly as before, maybe in future you won't know more than talent is ie between 3 and 5 weeks. And so is your graph - he tells almost nothing.

hiding talent in school imho was the most powerful change of all the changes we had, sometimes I think hight and junior matches was just a trick to distract us from this revolution.
