Subject: ¿Qué pasa al final de la temporada?

Bueno gente, no vi el th, pero para que vean un poco cómo sigue Sokker ahora, les dejo esto.

Durante el periodo de fin de temporada suceden muchos eventos en sokker:

Semana 14 - Domingo - último juego de liga
Semana 14 - Miércoles - juegos amistosos/ligas amistosas
Semana 15 - Domingo - Partidos de promoción para los equipos que finalizaron 5to, 6to, 7mo, 8vo o 1ro (o 2do dependiendo de tu país)
Semana 15 - Miércoles - último juego amistoso (o de liga amistosa)
Semana 15 - Viernes - los jugadores cumplen años y su sueldo es actualizado
Semana 0 - Domingo - no ocurre nada
Semana 0 -Lunes - premios de la temporada (renuevan los socios y dan bonus los patrocinadores)
Semana 0 - Miércoles - Juegos de la primera ronda de la copa nacional
Semana 1 - Domingo - Primer juego de liga

En 1 semana se vienen los premios :D

Ando bn economicamente, voy a ahorrar dinero, Pq el estadio lo cambie de bancas a asientos y lo aumentare a 20mil. Los premios iran a ahorros, voy a dedicarme de lleno a entrenar juveniles hondurenos.

De repente puede que haya un fichaje para mi equipo, puede que sea almendarez jeje.

Sea hondureño o no, te recomiendo entrenar pibes, de 16-19 años, el futuro está en ellos, los jugadores viejos no suben residuales, al contrario, bajan sus niveles.

En cambio, en los pibes suben si tenés un buen entrenador (fijate que tengo 2 equipos sub-20 ahora en mi equipo, estoy intentando entrenar a la mayoría de ellos, por supuesto empeora lo deportivo, pero es un trabajo bastante más a largo plazo y que sirve mucho)

Si ya loc, solo es un poco dificil conseguir el juvenil perfecto para tu plAn de entrenamiento pero ya eso lo tngo claro; ahorA mismo tengo 2 perlas entrenando a full y los wingers tamb pero a ritmo mas lento.

Yo aproveché ahora a final de temporada para comprar, pero los precios igual para algunos jugadores están bastante altos :S

Porque hay poca oferta de juveniles o que se yo, el mercado anda bastante caro, yo he vendido juveniles a buen precio, y juveniles muy normales.

ojala que den fruto lo que quieres lograr, ya que siempre es bueno entrenar jugadores jovenes, para un futuro en el club o venderlo y ganar buen dinero

Si,la idea de Dobby no es mala. Tal vez en dos temporadas sufra mucho, pero lueg se empezaran a ve los resultados y tendra un buen equipo, o los puede vender y comprar mejores jugadores.

@rekeson: How many talented young players do you have? I read that you want to train only 16-19, is that right? What coaches do you have? Or would it be better to outsource the training instead?

I dont have many young plyers in my squad, only 4. I have a oustading main trainer and 3 more assitants, and my youth trainer is brilliant.

So the next season and would like to train more youth players, specilly hodurean players between 16-19 years old. Antonio Valeriano is my star young playr and has a talent about 4 - 5 weeks per pop up.

so, are there more young players with good talent coming from youth-school next season?

I'll try to buy one young player to train him, hope someone will sell one :) but I think it is the right way to concentrate on young talents, especially in a smaller country like this one.

Of course there's a lack of young players in Honduras, but with a good plan, that can bei changed. One thing I'd try to implement if I get elected in 2 weeks :)

kb2 y trainig yoourth players :) u have about 15 youngers between 16 -20 years :).. defenders, i have 3 assistants excellents and my younger trainig is outstanding :).. i need more money to pay and brilliant for my babys xD

I am in England because I'm learning english to the perfection so I'll live here 1 year, casually 14th February I will have 1 month here. I live in Stoke a city near to Manchester.
But obviously I am from Honduras. The next season probably i will have a really good youth as the same level that A Valeriano. My youth academy has 15 players and many of them have talent 4. So I will advice you, you can help us even if you dont win the elections, I can see that you are a good manager.

Now next season looks pretty good if you have nice talents from youth school.

And yes you are right :) I want to help the hondurian managers, no matter if I get elected or not. Are there actually any special things you would think the new NT-Coach should change? In addition to the things I want to do if I get elected.
