Hi my friends!
I'm opening this post, where I will write about evety match of season 37.
First of all, I would like to say thanks to the community, and expecially to the 2 managers that voted for me in last election time.
I'm very happy and proud to be the manager of NT, and I hope to do a good work during this season, where we have to do the WCQ.
As you can see, we are in Group B, with very good teams:
1. Ceska Republika
2. Slovensko
3. Danmark
4. Cameroun
5. Honduras
6. as-Sa'udiyya
First 3 teams are really stronger than us, Cameroun little bit stronger, and as-Sa'udiyya in weaker than us.
My object is win both matchs with as-Sa'udiyya, try to do good results with Cameroun, and maybe some incredible results with Ceska Republika, Slovensko and Danmark.
I don't know what will happen in the future, but for sure I will do all my best!

as-Sa'udiyya - Honduras = 1 - 2
First of all, I'm happy because this is my first win in WCQ, and, obviously, I hope will not be the only one.
We played a really good match, also if we had some problems of formation: Fiallos is injuried, Huete injuried during the match, Ventura with lesser injuried.
I decided to play with 4-3-1-2, because we had to do the match and try to press our rivals. I think that we played a really nice match, in fact we shotted on target 24 times, and our rivals only 1 time.
Obviously, they scored in the only attempt they did *_*
We took also 2 crossbars and 2 poles, and at the end of the match I was scared that rivals could do another shot and score.. Because in sokker nothing is impossible :P
Next match we will play with Slovensko, that is a really really stronger team, with at least 10 point more in average valutations.
I'm thinking about the best tactic to play, and the problem is that Fiallos and Huete are still injuried.
We will see ^^

First of all, I have to say sorry to you because I didn't write on this post since 2 weeks. I want you to know why: last week, I became father (for the first time) of a beautifull princess :)
Now that you you, I'm going to talk about last 2 matchs!

WCQ - Honduras-Slovensko=0-2
Really difficult match against a great team, more than 15 points stronger than us in average value (65,7 to 82).
Well, we did what had to do: defend and hope they will not score :P
But they are too strong, so it was a mission impossible ^^''
First half I decided to play with low defence (we had also formation problems) because our def are not really good in pace and their att were really strong. I don't like how we played, I like really more our second half, with high defence and pressing to them.
In fact, second half we played really good.
I'm unhappy only about one thing: we failed 2 penalties!!! It's incredible.. With some lucky, we would had take 1 point with a stronger team :)

With great problems of formation (Lujan, Huete, Fiallos..) we played with a really good rival, stronger than us (64,7 vs 72,5).
I think that we played good, but from the 75° our def didn't run O_O
I don't know why, it's incredible. In 15° they score 3 times with our def that run like they were good in pace O_O
Next match we will play with Ceska Republika, another really difficult match.
We will see :)

Well.. What can I say?
I think that you can see average value to understand how was impossible do a good match: 79.2 to 63.4.
They scored the first goal at minute 42, but after that they did what they want.
We had a lot of problems of formation, but I don't think we could did a lot better :P
They are too strong, this was the most important problem :P

The Czech Republic match was a bit too much, it's a miracle we scored twice. Denmark was a bit more into the realm of a good result, not being blown out by a really good team is a positive.

Cameroun - Honduras = 1 - 3
Great win against a NT, a little bit stronger than us.
I decided to play with 5 def, 2 central mids, 1 wing and 2 att, with high defense, also if we had some problems with formation :(
Cameroun played in the same way.
Well, they shotted more than us (9-5), but all our shots were dangerous, their only 3/4!
I have to say that I'm really happy about this win, because now we have 6 points in our WCQ Group, and we are 4th.
When I was elected NT coach, my target was do 9 points in WCQ, that means win every match with as-saudiya and one against Cameroun: 2/3 now are ok :)
And another positive result with Cameroun would be really great ^^

Here I am talking about our last match, a friendly against Letzebuerg!
Nice win for our team, only 2-1 but with a lot of occasions to score more, and with our record of rating: 71,6!!!
I decided to play with and offensive tactic, with 4 def and 3 mid, a wing and 2 att: I think we played really well :)
The only thing I'm unhappy is that Lujan get injuried, and this is a problem for our next match with Cameroun: I setted a change from Lujan to Meza at minute 60, he get injuried at 54° :(
I hope to do a nice match also without Lujan..

This time, after watching out match with Letzebuerg, I decided to play with a more offensive tactic, also if we had an important player like Lujan injuried.
I think that we played a great match, and Cameroun started to be dangerous only in last 20°, like always for our team. I don't know why, but in every match we had this problems..
We had really important occasions to score, in fact we scored 3 times, and all other occasions were dangerous for Cameroun :)
Now, the most important thing of this WCQ: at the moment we have 9 points, we win against as-saudiya and both times against Cameroun.
Now we have to play with 3 great teams, I hope to do good matchs, to make you all happy about my work for your community.

We did a great match and we bring a great win against a NT really stronger than us: if you see average mark, they did 77.3 and us 68.1: we are talking about 9.2 points difference O_O
This time, also if we played against a really stronger team, I decided to play with an offensive tactic, with only 4 def: the reason is that I was sure about how Danmark would play, and I thought that the tactic we used against Letzemburg and Cameroun, with some little change, was so good.
I have to say that I was right, and I'm happy about that :)
If you see the match, they shotted something more than us (11-8), but not all of thier shots were dangerous or on target, our shots yes: and we failed also a lot of 1vs1!
At the moment, I think for the first time in the history of Honduras NT during the second half of WCQ, we are 3° in our Group with 12 points!
