Hi, some of you may recognize my user-name from the international sokker forums and from my time managing the England NT, and USA NT.
I had a strong record with both nations, with England I reached the world cup semi-final twice and with USA I managed to reach the world cup final. Neither side were very strong in terms of player strength, but I was able to consistently produce strong results using solid tactics.
As a new challenge I have planned to take Moldova, and build up the standard of the NT over a few seasons. The long term aim is to reach a WC semi-final or more.
While I do feel I can get the best out of the players available, this will not be enough. In order to get to the required standard I will will look to carry out the following steps:
1. Increase the number of users in Moldova. More users means we can get more top level youth pulls that can be trained to NT standard. At the highest level, its important to have strength in depth as this allows you to keep a strong team even after your best players get form issues or injured.
2. Assign at least four teams to training Defender prospects, Midfield prospects and Attacker prospects for Moldova. In addition, we will need at least one team to train goalkeepers. These teams will be key as the best way to ensure that your NT prospects are trained properly is to train them yourselves.
3. Related to point two, I want to track the best prospects from Moldova. We will try to make sure that they make their way to a dedicated trainer from Moldova.
4. Create a match thread for every NT game, and discuss my tactical choices openly with the community. By keeping the NT profile high, it helps to keep users interested in training players for the NT.
Please note that I will need to keep my threads in English as I do not understand Romanian!

Salut, careva dintre voi ma recunosc dupa user-name-ul meu din forumurile internationale si perioada de conducere a nationalelor Angliei si SUA.
Eu am un portofoliu foarte bun cu ambele nationale, cu Anglia am ajuns de 2 ori in semi-finalele Cupei Mondiale, iar cu SUA am ajuns in Finala. Niciuna din ambele echipe nu au jucatori foarte puternici la compartimentul calitati, dar eu am fost mereu capabil sa am rezultate foarte bune cu tactici solide.
Ca o noua provocare am planificat sa conduc Moldova, si sa cresc nivelul nationalei in citeva sezoane. Obiectivul principal pe termen lung este minim Semi-finalele Cupei Mondiale.
Desi consider ca pot scoate maximul din jucatori valabili, asta nu este necesar pentru a atinge obiectivele. In scopul acesta, pentru a ridica nivelul nationalei trebuie de urmat acesti pasi:
1. Cresterea numarului de utilizatori din Moldova. Mai mult utilizatori inseamna mai multi juniori talentati care pot fi antrenati pentru Nationala. Cel mai important este sa avem o flexibilitate in jucatori, care ne va permite sa raminem la inaltime chiar daca unii jucatori vor avea probleme cu forma sau traume.
2.Sa stabilim minim cite 4 echipe care sa antreneze Aparatori, Mijlocasi si Atacanti pentru Nationala. In plus, vom avea nevoie de minim 1 club pentru antrenamentul de portari. Aceste cluburi vor fi cheie pentru asigurarea faptului ca potentialii jucatori sunt antrenati corect si bine, si cel mai important in Moldova.
3.Conectat cu punctul 2, eu vreau sa monitorizez cei mai perspectivi jucatori pentru Moldova. Am sa incercam sa ne asiguram ca ei vor ajunge la antrenorii care trebuie din Moldova.
4.Sa creeam thread-uri noi pentru fiecare meci al Nationalei Moldova, unde vom discuta alegerile tactice in public , impreuna cu comunitatea. Pentru a atrage si mentine atentia utilizatorilor pentru Nationala si astfel sa fie interes pentru ei sa antreneze jucatorii pentru Nationala.
Va rog frumos sa tine-ti minte ca aceste thread-uri destinate dezbaterilor ale Nationalei vor fi in engleza, deoarece nu vorbesc limba romana!
