Thank you for your proposal, but for me managing the team is not only creating tactics and lineup. I would like to gain your interest, but I don't know any words in your language. I would always have to ask someone for help with translation and I don't like to count on sb.

To manage the team efficiently you should have good contact with other managers, and English isn't a good solution - there is no obligation to know it.
You will surely cope with that without me. :)
