Introduction
Hello, I’m an Italian coach and, if you want, I will be next Andorra’s coach!
Why do you have to vote for me? Because I can dedicate a lot of time to the team and to the ideas of the follow electoral plan.
Now some information about me, my staff and my plan.
About me
I and my team are a group of four friends that attend the same university and have the same passion for soccer and girls :).
Our sokker history is quite young - only two of us play from 2 years – but whit passion and diligence we will give all to this team.
Staff
Coach : eddie -> LosGuerreros 44292
General manager and scout: luigi -> HAKED ACCONT 2858
Scout: Lippi F. -> FC.Juve Stabia 44714
Scout: devilsten -> Briganti 77733
Plan
Tactical phase
We believe in a strong defence made up of 4 or 5 players in line setting.
But we are open to change according to players and matches.
Database
We’ll create a database to post best players and their upgrades.
Besides in our staff there are three scouts, one for rules (save for keepers that are of easy manage).
We need you
We need you and your passion for your country. If you want, we need of others scouts in the staff to create databases based on ages and rules (16-17, 18-19, 20-21 for rules).
Secondary scouts will access only to competent players in databases.
Targets
No world or great victories, that are impossible for a team so young… our are real targets:
we promise diligence, passion and tenacious to making a stable start point for a good grooving in time with us (we hope) or with future coaches.

Qüestió: Que et plenteges fer per dinamitzar a la actualment una mica apagada selecció andorrana?
PErdona, però no estic preparat encara per afrontar el repte. Això si, si m'ofereixen algun càrrec a l'staff actual, acceptaria, per anar adquirint experiència.

for the immediate present the first thing to do is change form: a not strong team as Andorra can not play with 3 defenders but needs 4 or 5 men in defense and at least 2 defensive middlefields in front of them.
I saw that in last matches Andorra has suffered only one goal at a time but perhaps with a stronger defense Andorra should equalize instead of losing.
