we've lost deservedly - our defense is weak - I had set the best five defensors and one mid/def which we have but Slovenia strikers went into our defense like a knife in butter.

Conclusion: Maybe you have any suggestion after match maybe you see something that escapes me

No really, friend. As I said a few time ago, there are times when you just get overpassed without anything to do. Maybe playing fore defensive would have made us losing for less difference, but it would still be a bad match.

Just keep going, and try to fight for other matches!

Andorra U21 1:1 Walia U21

we had advantage in the match - and only one mistake in defensive - We scored goal very fast but before end of the half we lost goal after accidentally knocking the ball through Majo.
In the second half we had
- penalty - streaked by Pasqual Serra ;(
- 2-3 100% actions - unused by the attacker (Pasqual Serra)

Conclusion: We have only very good striker, the second striker (Pasqual Serra) has only good individual assessments but he does not shoot with stronger opponents - he needs to raise the level of the shot

Andorra U21 4:3 Jamaica U21

we had the advantage in the match - we have few mistakes in defensive but less than our rival :)
We scored 4 goals and we observed Pasqual Serra wake up
- he scored hattrick - for today I did not believe in him but miracles happen

Conclusion: We have potential and we should win the match when we will training defensors

Andorra U21 3:0 Peru U21

we played the best match in this season - I did not found any mistakes in defensive :)
We scored 3 goals and Pasqual Serra scored the next goal - so I believe in that he will substitute Masoliver and he becomes as the top Andorra striker

- this match was the last one for Masoliver. he scored a lot of important goals for Andorra - I want to thank you csaba101 for training him.

Conclusion: It was very good match and first time we exceeded 50 points for the final note.

Andorra U20 1:0 Panama U20

we played a good match with two mistakes in defensive but our keeper had nerves of steel :)
We scored 1 goals - Pasqual Serra is continuing a good shooting pass -

Conclusion: It was good match and Andorra U21 is continuing the victorious passe

Summary after 14 weeks

I feel that I should summarize my term as a trainer of Andorra U21 team.
On 23.07.2018, the Andorra users have trusted me that I will continue my way of predecessors.
So I do my best to not disappoint you.

So at first - the positive aspect of my term as coach

- I promise that team will end qualification on 3-4 position - I repeated the great success of Mataor of day 27.05.2016 and i end the season on the third position


- The overall rating team at the beginning was 40 and now is nearly 49 (one time I have 51,7 with Peru - I check it and it was the largest values in the Andorra U21 history - I found values 50,7; 50,4)

- I updated the national database - I removed players which were not updated systematically. I put into match team only players which are optimal for the team

- I think that I was very active as a coach
+I systematically collected information about the player from other users
+I bought 3 Andorra players for defensor training - one of them (Cabanna) is a talented player and he will become a key player for the team in the future
+I ask my two friends from Poland to help us in training - One of my mate Wojciech buy every unwanted player :) because maybe they have a talent
+ I put comments after Friday match regularly - I want to revive the forum.

- I continue and improve the training scheme:
+ I training defensors
+Kemk - mid
+Sant Jordi - mid/striker
+Manchion - Keeper

Second - the negative aspect of my term as coach

- I promise that team will end ranking on the position 50-60 - I improved the ranking by one place - 62 ( i lost 40 points to 60 places in ranking)
- we won 5 matches, 3 matches we draw and 7 matches we lost - the worst was the failure with the bot team - as-Saʻūdiyya


Conclusion: I would like to continue the work with Andorra U21 but estimation of my work, I leave you, dear Andorra users

Good season, congratulations, you have an unusual team in u21, normally is 30-35 mark average, avail it and make of Andorra U21 an historical team !

I will do my best Mataor - but I will not do it alone, but if everyone who cares about the good of this team will act together, we will create a team which someday will play on the championship

we draw because:
- we lost our striker in the first 6 minutes of the match
- later it was only worse - 2 red cards

Conclusion: I want to organize a friendly match with Iran or Misr, maybe we draw this matches
