Dear Andorra community,

I would like to announce my candidacy for the position of Andorra U21 National Team Coach
I have been a part of the Sokker community since 2009. Although I took a three-year break recently, my passion for the game brought me back, and I am now ready to dedicate my experience to the development of Andorran youth football.

My Coaching Background:
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive international experience leading U21 national teams in various countries, including Iceland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines. My greatest achievement was leading the Czech Republic U21 to the knockout stages of the World Cup.

Why Andorra?
You might wonder why I chose Andorra for my comeback. It is a matter of sentiment. The very first national team player I ever trained in Sokker was from Andorra. His name was Dani Adam. That memory has stayed with me and created a special bond with your country.

My Goals:
If elected, my primary objectives will be:
Improving the National Ranking: I want to see Andorra climb higher and become a more competitive opponent on the international stage.
Active Communication: I believe that success starts with the clubs. I will maintain regular contact with managers of Andorran players to ensure their training is optimized for the needs of the national team.
Stability and Vision: I bring a long-term perspective and the experience needed to handle major tournaments.

I am open to any questions you may have regarding my tactics, scouting, or vision for the future.

I see, you put some players to TL. I will ask in Czechs, if somebody could train them to improve them as good as possible. (best coaches etc.)

Well, first of all I had to set friendly matches against other countries. I decided to play at the start against teams with similar ranking, at the end of seasson we will play against strong countries U20 friendly cup.
My goal is to be better than 80th place in ranking and be well prepared for quals next seasson.

Avui no ha pogut ser i marxem de l'Iran amb una derrota per 1-0. M'atreviria a dir que hem estat fins i tot el millor equip, però malauradament ens ha faltat eficàcia de cara a porteria. El punt positiu és que un total de 7 jugadors han debutat amb la selecció. Esperem que el cap de setmana que ve tinguem un millor resultat! :)

No comencem bé, però ànims i paciència amb l'equip .:)

Em sap molt greu, però hem perdut també el segon partit i aquesta vegada de manera merescuda. He estat pensant en com puc canviar els resultats futurs i he arribat a la conclusió que això no és una cursa de curta distància. Siguem sincers, no es tracta només de tàctica i de col·locar bé els jugadors. Es tracta sobretot de l'entrenament, i durant aquestes dues setmanes he trobat entrenadors disposats a ajudar per portar la selecció nacional d'Andorra més amunt del que es troba actualment en el rànquing.
Dades les meves opcions actuals, estic fent jugar 4 jugadors de 21 anys, la resta tenen 20 i 19 anys, i fins i tot de vegades n'utilitzo algun de 18 anys. Amb això no vull justificar les dues derrotes per 1-0 ni probablement les que vindran en un futur proper, vull canviar les coses.
Us demano i us vull pregar la màxima col·laboració: això implica enviar els jugadors sub-21 que accepteu al primer equip, així com informació sobre els seus entrenaments i possibles vendes. Sé que només sou tres usuaris, però només un de vosaltres em respon i parla amb mi. Si realment volem canviar alguna cosa, us demano ajuda de tot cor.

Today we have first win. Yes, it was against weaker opponent, but it counts. We could win 5:0, but we hit one crossbar and two posts...

Next week we play against Denmark U20 + 3 players U19. I think, they will be still much stronger so I hope, it will be not 5:0..

I wonder, if there is a chance to put him on TL when he is not in user team..? I remember I put some players at start of the seasson into NT and they appeared on TL somehow..

According to rules:

Players

The NT coach can call up to 40 players to the National Team. He can select any player of the nationality of the NT. Only the owners can usually see the full skills of a player. NT coaches would not see other user players' skills unless they are in the market. To know the skills of the players he cannot see he should ask the owners to provide them. Owners have no obligation to reveal the skills of their players. Still, most users are prone to collaborate with the NT.

The owners of the players cannot impede that his players summed up to the NT. They cannot sack any player while called to an NT. National Team players are also protected if the team that owns them turns into a "bot". Current members of a national team that have played at least one game for the NT will be transfer listed. The transfer list will happen when a new team replaces the "bot" team.

The thing is, that team is "bot" team yet.. I'll try to play him and we will see.. ;)
