Are there any conditions?

Does the goal have to be in a competitive game?
Does the goal have to have occurred in the month? (Or in other words can people enter with goals from seasons ago?)
Can you only enter with goals scored by your team? (I'm making highlights of all the goals in the top Australian league each round, could I enter a goal scored by another team?)
