Subject: unearthly coach

the problem is that with unearthly you could sack a youth after 4-5 weeks if he hadnt popped, and keep 10-20 youths with awesome talent, which you are sure of because of the coach.
i had to keep

ive sacked 2 of my unearthly coaches not that long ago, having unearthly coaches for juniors and assistants is just a waste of money, since player prices have gone down massively, and coach wages stayed the same....

btw i went for 2 brilliant coaches

You got a point about players value, though it is a very weird times and I wouldnt base my actions over it.
Dont forget, as I understand the new system. It still counts which coach you have on, therefore an unearthly coach will get better results over a magical one.

yes but he is saying that the trained player with the unearthly coach wont earn you any more money, or much more.

Just do the math

(16*6) + 15 + 14 = 125 / 8 = 15.625

imo, because there are sublevels on each skill. for example, this magical technique could be 14,6 intead of 15.

I've already seen some coaches with 126 sum in total skills and still magical coach, and I've also seen others with same sum but beeing uneartlhy coach

as he said. sometimes coaches with those skills are unearthly general appraisal, sometimes magical.
there is only small difference in sublevels. his wage is probably slightly cheaper also :P

Theoretically a player with very low unearthly levels and one magical skill could still be a magical coach.

im half convinced at this stage that unearthly is the same as formiddable stamina - its the cap on the level and is just the max value.

all 8x unearthly coaches are 60 100 euro - the same wage. if there were subleves to unearthly there would be deviations in that imo (unless the wage calculation is based on a rounded value, which would also suggest that the training is also so it doesnt matter)

there is little differnece in 8x unearthly wages

Cool headcoach, but he's not unearthly :P I have a similar, but with less stamina and gk (only brilliant average skill).
You think an unearthly youth coach pays off with the current system?

I posted him because for me he is the ideal Head Coach given I don't care too much about randoms in GK. I get a lot of random stamina pops though and not many plops.

As for my Unearthly Youth Coach........is he worth it in the new system? I am not sure really as I still get jumps up and down of 2 levels which I think should not happen given the coach is the highest level possible. :(

Thats not the coaches fault though - its the new system that is wrong imo.
