Yes, something needs to be done about quicker start for beginners. Most of the people I dragged to play this game gave up because they lack patience to become competitive. And they're playing other online games quite passionately.
It's getting more and more difficult to reach an interesting level in this game. I don't understand how developers don't notice such an obvious problem with game-play. It's visible from an airplane.
8 000 000 $ of start-up capital would be much more appropriate by now. This needs to be done through money and not better players. It's ok that start-up players have no market values. Otherwise people would open new clubs over and over again until they get jackpot roster of players. Same amount of start-up capital is much more fair. And existing clubs also need to get additional 6 000 000 $ so that they are not put in a worse position.
I'm going to post this to ideas forum. Maybe someone is still listening. :)
