Subject: »7170 managers in Sokker!
Small or large businesses, all need money to continue to exist, improve the site to stay competative, etc.
There comes a time Sokker needs to stop being someone's hobby and start becoming more like a serious business. I invest money in this game by bying Plus and expect things in return, for example no bugs anymore and more implementations.
And ofcourse the DEVs have to make sure to piss of loyal users as less as possible, but that's not always possible. BTW, what you call customers are not customers but users, Plus managers are the customers, they pay for the game. Ofcourse you need non-Plus managers in this game, but they should not expect to get the same as paying managers, they don't pay the bills of the DEVs for running this game.

i am plus for many years ,i still dont get what i pay for.....unsolved BUGS,some of them ,BASIC ,like eronated training graph for an injured player, and so on...??
in business it's almost the same.
or you insist that if you take bad decisions your business will grow?
or you insist that if you take bad decisions your business will grow?
No it's not the same. Making bad decisions isn't smart if you look at growth (in most cases), but it also doesn't mean it will be the end of someones business.
Btw, you mention a few different things (bad decisions, dead, growth) and somehow link them together as if it's all the same, which doesn't have to be the case at all. Looking at your posts I don't think you know that much more about business as the DEVs do.

Well, take it as a friendly remark, if you had have a degree in Economics you would have realized that the DEVs broke so many basic rules.

I see You know much more!
-the revenue from ads depends on site popularity and number of users
-old loyal users may attract new users (grow)
-interesting game-play and friendly interface needed to keep new users
it's not all but it's about this discussion.
-300's ads - bad decision
-no one of new user will think that 300s wait time it's normal and no one of them will wait (so the main interest of the game ,the match, is lost) user will leave the game (0 grow)
-unhappy with "bad decision" old users will not promout the game and may lost the interest to it (come-down)
-number of users reduces (that's the reason to keep it manual, to maintain artificial amount) an so revenue from ads
-somme leagues may degrade due to the low user number and interest
etc... etc... etc..
So Your statments:
Depends on what they are used to. If they never played Sokker without the match delay, the match delay is normal. This change is mostly annoying for those who played it without the match delay and now have to get used to this new situation.
ridiculous

Serious business need serious approach, not Grer's superiority complex!

You mix together DEV's and Greg, did You forget that it's only one man decision and only one man that decide? Do Greg have an economic degree?

Have You study Economic in Your university? Somme times only one bad decision is enough to ruin the business.
