I know you are a troll and your only goal is to piss of even more managers. Therefore I will answer only 1 question so I won't feed the troll any more as I already did. I have a HBO (Higher Professional Education, link to wiki) bachelor degree in 'Business Management', and to be more precise 'Middle Management for the profit sector'. So yes, I know a few things about running a business.

I would not be so optimistic. Changes were placed approximately June 20. You should wait about 60 days more to start seeing the effect on the number of users ...
What do you think the reason for developers not to recognize and reverse the mistakes they have done?
Believe me, I tell the DEVs over and over again things have to change to get the new managers Sokker needs, and I also give them as much info to make it happen. You don't want to know how much time I already spend on doing this, and I think I also don't want to know that :/ Btw, I'm not the only one, more staff members are posting ideas and how to make changes happen. But in the end it's up to the DEVs what they do with this info.
And if you have read all posts of guzh77 you know why I call him a troll. His goal is not to help Sokker and he doesn't listen or better said, he doesn't want to hear what other have to tell him who are staff and therefore know a bit more what is going on. His goal is to make as much managers even more angry as they already are. This isn't helping Sokker at all.
