Would be better for my stress level, but that would also mean I let the managers of Sokker down. More and more staff members aren't active anymore, so if the last few who are still willing to do their job and still discuss (wrong and/or bad) DEV's decisions also give up, Sokker will become worse for everyone as it was when staff members were still representing the managers actively.

I think Charles is not using sweet words ... sometimes :=) But i'm agree with his point of view.
Let's be positive whatever we have some bug or other bad (as we think) idea to expose.
Only crying or opposing is a way to ruin sokker. I agree these Charle's words.
Positive is telling about a part of what is interesting in the all bad idea we are suffering and too it's to propose how to improve those bad ideas. And not just saying "it's a bad idea" and "we have to throw it away"
But it's just what i mean.
