delays? Who is so stupid to introduce 5 minutes of empty window to wait and to push you to pay?

That the difference of opinion that some players have with the administration. For some of us the 5 minute delay is harmful and not just something "not so good". It is harmful and threatens the continuity of the game.

and one more thing - if I would not want to use tactic from previous match, I would change it, I am not so lazy to do it.
But when I want to use tactic from previous match, why I cannot? Why is it not a bug? And what is it? Future to make users more flexible and more active not to be lazy? Are you serious or are you joking? And if you are serious, why?
edit: prepare what you want to make this waiting "better". But still we will wait and very soon also seeing very nice picture will be boring and stupid. So please, do not tell that you are doing anything to create waiting better, but do something to stop this stupidity. Or please, be so kind to stop me to call this stupidity. Or give me really good evidence why it is helping sokker. Becouse this stupidity is really killing sokker. After 2 years there will be no sense to discuss about it, as here will remain something about 20000 users, but only about 1000 will pay to gain "something more".

This delay is only stupidity and it is killing this game.
Many think the delay isn't a good implementation, and I also think it's not the best way to advertise Plus. Other websites use more userfriendly ways to make ads, one of those could have been used by Sokker instead of the 300 sec delay. Unfortunatly for non-Plus managers this is what they have to accept if they want to play Sokker for free, or pay Plus of leave if the 300 sec is too much.
But it's not killing the game, around 34000 managers for some time now, also after clean ups. Not many new managers, that's also true, but not a lot less either.

Real great improvements were 3D and arcades. If ownerws are not able to use this to gain money, they are stupid. Sorry, but if you are continuing to defend them (as this is necessary decision to keep sokker live or this decision did not change situation about sokker) you are stupid also.
