I think it could still be done, but most probably with some drastic changes. But, after playing this game for some time, I can predict the loads of shit that will be posted on the forums with every new implementation. The few who don't like it will start screaming again. Just a prediction ...
So even if things are changed for the better, a lot of managers will always be very unhappy, and to many of them are chronic allergic for every change :/

@guzh77 - pleases stop, even if I agree with you, also I don't want to read still the same. Let's give to possibility also to other users to show opinion and not to read only the same attacks (from both side)
I predict that there won't be any changes. It's too late anyway, won't do any good. We have around 10k active users and number is really low (even dropping everyday).
