Subject: »7170 managers in Sokker!
this is frustrating that how to the best hard options are here and the little easy things (the most important things for newbees) are totally a waste in this game. I don't say this game can become users like hattrick in his times, but 80k would be easily by far with more active regulary users and of course with many plus users
fact is that the number of users isn't increasing!
We accept new team but don't delete old (inactive) ones as we should. If i would delete all inactive teams, we would be down on... i'd say 25k, maybe less!
Really sad, but there are many new football games and some of them are growing fast. All my friends are playing this Top eleven. I never tried it but the owners work hard on it while here... do we still have DEVs actually??? Had some important questions few weeks ago but no response so far...

I have no idea why, but the DEVs have become completely silent, even more as in the past. We ask for more communication, but we get even less. Greg is the worst manager I have ever seen, even worse as those incompetent restaurant owners in Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, who at least most of the times finally do understand they have to change their stupid behaviour to turn things around to make their business a success again.
Ah alright, I didn't know that non are deleted right now :S. Well, then please don't delete them, that drop will be very bad for Sokker.
And looking at the front page of that game, I do understand why people start playing that game. The front page looks very inviting and modern (eventhough I don't really like to much black). But that's exactly what Sokker needs, a completely new look. But unfortunatly, non of the DEVs have the graphic feeling to make something like that. Just look at player faces, match kits page, etc, that's what they came up with as something 'good looking' :/
But hopefully something will change soon. I hope DEVs are to busy with a new Sokker look and layout and other implementations and options to answer questions. Would be a bit late, should have been done a couple of years ago, but better late then never .....

Indeed, it's not a game to have a million users because of the many options, but it should be no problem to get the total number of 70K users back again. In many countries most potentional new users never heard of Sokker, in fact, only Poland was a really large Sokker country so there is still a lot to win.

how can you tell that someone is lye if you can't prove it?

The main issue people have, or at least did have (I haven't been active at all lately, not sure of any developments, although judging by the comments, I'd suggest that there are none), is that the devs screwed around with the match engine and it ruined the flow of matches. Not just this, but other issues have caused long-term users of Sokker to simply up sticks and leave (Vogue in Cymru being one example), it's a big shame. I had a bit of a moan on the Sokker Cymru "Welsh Managers" thread about how, when we (me, rhysyboy37, Morsey etc) joined, the forums were fairly active and regularly updated, and now it's deserted with only one thread really being updated a week - by an Italian who I didn't know was U21 manager. There's nothing attracting new users to the game, and there's nothing attracting old users to return to/continue with the game. Something needs to be sorted, unless Greg and co are happy with seeing this ship sinking beyond all hope.

my opponent today left the game and his nickname dissappeared, but today works
there are many reason why people leave the game..
Personnaly, that's because the pace is stupidely low ( can't really enjoy the fact that my team would be mature in 2016 ... for noobies it's even worst , as soon as they understand that they will need several years to be competitive they immediatly leave ), so I would expect 2 or 3 league games per week with more planification options to allow casual players.. Friendly should remain optionnal to play against friends with no injury risk.
2nd reason is for me because it's a management game with too much random everywhere, youth pull, unknown talent etc..

And your team mature in 2016?? You don't even have a team so I don't have a clue what your problem is with Sokker. You aren't winning, loosing, training, etc etc etc. You are only posting nonsense about managers leaving because it takes time to reach the top and random everywhere.
And with Sokker you play 1 competition match each week, friendlies do have injuries. etc, if you want to have all these things differently as Sokker has, then go play another game, it's that simple. Oh, wait, you don't even play Sokker at all for over a YEAR now ......
EDIT: and if you want to talk about why new managers leave, getting WO's while they expect to play matches could be a good reason, and managers do get these WO's thanks to you when they join your league. It actually is more fun to have a botteam instead of you in a league, that says it all!

if you had been a regulary user of this forum maybe we can think you try to help or to have a reasonable oppinion, but this isn't the subject
