Where are the admins?

In those countries where is a lot of waiting users there is not enough leagues to accommodate them... Who can make 4th division there? Only G&D or Devs too?

Nice this fantatic game is growing again because it absolutely deserves, pitty it is not possible in some countries at the moment.

I want to know the reason why it grows so fast;). Sad that most of these users will not join.

It's also not that fast in absolute numbers. Back in 70k days we would laugh at these figures :P
Argentina grew more or less by 50 users (100 max, but discount some cleaning, etc) during this season. I don't know the source of all off them. Around 10 are former users who returned. Going from 350 to 450 is a drastic relative change for the community, but still far from the 1500 peak (with more than 1000 active users). So, it may look like a large percentage increase, but 40 or 50 users can just mean one high school discovering the game and a minority of the students joining in.

You wil never know;)

Almost 1000 people are waiting now...and around 750 did join the game ( accepted) only /yesterday and today...!!!
