I checked few accounts in Colombia but almost every account that I have checked is fake.

I could start a data mining program and train it with real players activities and then test it with these accounts. After the classification it should say if the activities of those players are different from the flock (real players). Other information that may work could be to test for redundancy.
But you need to check in in cognito mode or whatever, since Google results will be influenced by your browsing activities, including your continued logins here.
To know in which place would SK appear to other person you'd need to have his spy cookies, or even browser login if it's chrome, so Google uses that person's spy logs to generate the results.
In any case, I don't get it above 13 anyway.
