its not ridiculous to share our opinion,even if it is about a "crazy conspiracy" ,its ridiculuos NOT to communicate with users as a dev.
Now you did informed us about Dev's opinion,so we believe you,do the same next time and you won't see any suspicios theory's

Unfortunately, this is a problem that most likely will never change. Many staff members have tried to explain why DEV communication is so important.

I can`t say that Ukraine got new users. Now Ukraine have only ~140 active users.

but ukraine was below 80, before you and others signed up the last months.... so yes, also ukraine has got new users, although it may not be up to "old standard"....

Nicaragua has 83 users right now. They used to be far less some years ago. :\
