Your English is surely better than mine, it doesn´t mean than your reasons are better than mine. Certainly, other than making fun of my not so good English, you still haver crearly not refute my arguments, so whatever, keep on thinking you are sooooo brilliant because you can write a better English than a non-native English speaker... Oh yes, you are sooo brilliant...

I never made fun of your English. (I suggested there was a lot of it in your original post - but I didn't say there was anything wrong with it). The language used in that original post was fairly eloquent - which is why I attempted to reply in kind.

You actually made fun of my English ("pedantic"), to which I tried to respond as un-pedantically as possible (tongue in cheek). Sorry that you didn't appreciate the jest.

I have a great deal of respect for you. You are a clever manager with many good ideas. I enjoy reading your posts (when they aren't as long as my arm).

But it seems to be very difficult to disagree with you. The last time I did so it also quickly devolved into pettiness.

So I won't disagree with you anymore. :) Probably safer that way.

I decided that this already belongs to the private sphere, so no posts about this issue here anymore.
