Actually I don't understand it :)
Currently it is the way that only people with albanian IP can assign for a team in albanian.
Thats exactly your problem.
Everyone else needs to explain why his ip is from country X, but he wants to play for country Y.

Ahh, read it again and understood.
You want an in Albania living Albanian register a team for an Albanian living somewhere else.

If that's the way it is, when we refer we can just tell our friends to find someone back home to register for them. It's much better that way than going through the hassle of sending emails, applications denied, register again etc...
You think that'd be alright ?
For example, if I want my friend X to join, all I have to do is tell him to find a person to register him from an Albanian IP. This way he won't have a problem with the language (english) and writing an email.

Yes. Like I said, only an Albanian can find someone from Albania to register them. I bet any money the smart (jk) Seca who came up with the name Valon, can't do that :P
Registration with same IPs will be denied as well, so this cannot work and the idea is not good as well.
Too much power into other users hands and too much space for cheating and abusing.

That's not true. There are enough people who lived years in their country of origin but don't have any papers of it. My uncle, for example, moved to the Netherlands when he was 12 and he has never had any Indonesian passport.
And nowadays there are a lot of immigrants in the Netherlands (probably around 10% - 15% of the population) who left their countries in a hurry without any papers or which left their papers at home intentionally because they would be immediately sent back otherwise. That are already 1,5 million to 2 million people in the Netherlands and I bet those rates are much higher in countries like the UK or the US.

I'm not saying finding 1 person to register all Albanians abroad from an Albanian IP. I understand that's unacceptable.
Everyone can find their own friend to register them and they can change the pass after.
However, not only this grows our community but also prevents any possible cheater....
A cheater who goes through that much trouble (to find a person in Albania to register them), he can also come up with an email in Albanian and there's nothing Sokker can do to prove he's cheating. That's what I call a sofisticated cheater lol.

So they are Netherlands now, right?
Why would they then play for Indonesia?
Why would they then play for Indonesia?
It's different when talkin about someone that has lived abroad for 30-40 years, and someone being an international student or living abroad for like 8-10 years.
I still think that an email in the countries language is the only thing that could make the progress fast and trustworthy.
In early days many countries were full of polish managers.
Its legitimate that the system of applying for another country is no one-click job!

Heehee. Valon was a random first name from Albania's Sokker NT. Don't like it? :) The same Google search that gave me KS Besa Kavajë provided their starting line-up in 07-08. How about Elban, Bledar, Bruno, Romeo or Elvis?
And no, I don't know anyone in Albania to register me. But there are ways around that. ;)
And if your suggestion were adopted, how long before some enterprising individual starts registering teams in his small country (from home, school, work, Grandma's house, Internet cafe) and auctioning them off on Ebay?
I don't mean to be negative. I am sympathetic to your problem. It is a difficult issue. :)

1) When I would be moving to Germany when I would be 10 years old there's no way I would apply for a team in Germany even when I would be living in Germany for 40 years. Much people look in the same way at it. Btw: Germany is just an example.
2) My uncle was 12 when he left his country and he's an example of the group I talked about, but he represents in no way that group. There are living a lot of people in the Netherlands which are over 40 years old and don't speak a single word Dutch. Actually it has not been very long ago since even native Dutch citizens weren't able to speak Dutch and I really believe there are still some of those people which don't speak any Dutch at all.

Well, none of the staff members speak Albanian. How will u be able to tell whether or not the email is addressing what it's supposed to address?
If we would add the Isle of Man to Sokker not even a fraction of it's population would be able to sign-up for Sokker and if someone would subscribe how would you check that what he would have typed would really be Manx?
It's okay seca, I understand you position. But then again, what you're trying to describe is a sofisticated cheater (as I wrote above). Cheaters like that will find ways around it to register in an Albanian league.
Anyone can get an Albanian friend that goes to the same school, or lives in the same community, to write an email as form of proof. However, not anyone can find someone from Albania to register them in an easy manner. Plus trust me, I don't think one would pay for such membership lol.
Take my case for example. I live in Toronto myself. I've been here for 10 years. I keep close affiliations with relatives and people back home. In case I couldn't register from here, I can easily get someone there to do it for me.
A canadian user on the other hand has many Albanians in school and anyone can write an email for him. No? There's over 60'000 Albanians in Ontario so it's not so hard.
When I registered, I got rejected twice eventhough I provided proof through email that I was an Albanian living abroad.

All your arguments are fine, but the registration problem remains.
This is only a problem for new and small nations.
A brit living in austria would most likely not have problems to register a team in england, but small countries will be flooded with registrations from people who want to have an easy start into the game!
