i must say you are not alone ... i tried almost every slovenian forum (on games and so on..) and yes there was a reaction...we almost had 120 users as they made a selection ... and we have fallen on around 60 so yes i'm tired (it's a nonsense to promote sokker in slovenia)

Why did they leave?

i don't know? there is a meaning that hattrick is 100% better that sokker (tey are totally wrong) look how many people from slovenia play sokker and how many play hattrick....and then you can read on forums like:''what a stupid game'' or ''hattrick's better'' and so on so i'm really tired of promoting sokker...at least i tried :)

SK is harder. That's why you need to create a mentoring system.
HT is only abou 3-5-2 with a few good mids.

And who did tell you that you must send in english? If you send english, you'll get your answer faster, because any admin can reply to you, but if you don't speak, we ask to any linguist to translate the message to us.

What if you get a message in Albanian? You do not have any Albanian LA's.

Well, or he can try with another language that he speaks, or in last case, we can ask for an user from that country.
