Do we know how the ko draw will work ?

Example, is it Winner group A v Runner up Group B
and has this already been determined?
or
Do we have 2 groups and then a random draw?

I think all group winners will be in one group and the second place finishers in group two (not sure though). Then there is a random draw.

Just out of interest why do people keep saying that we were lucky to win all the time?

In the last few weeks we have beaten Romania and Holland, but people keep saying that we got lucky. Cant understand it myself, as the tactics we have used have worked very well imo.
With the new match engine a high line of defenders works very well as strikers, if they break through, have a harder time scoring 1 on 1's.
I played with 1 striker in the last game as Uruguay play with a narrow defense usually, so 2 wingers meant more chances. Uruguay have quite a strong defense for a small nation, so playing two strikers and 1 less winger would have meant less chances for sure as the strikers would have been tackled easier.
Everyone has said about the only 2 chances that Uruguay had, they say we were lucky they didnt score them as we would have lost. What about the 10 chances that we missed during the match? Their keeper saved at least 5 headers from Cope, if they had gone in it would have been more than 2-0 I can tell you.
All in all I just wish that the more experienced managers would give credit where it is due and not pick holes in peoples game plans when they dont know the reasons for the tactic and the players that have been picked. After all, it is the experienced managers in this WC who seem to be struggling doesnt it?

I saw the game against Nederlands and I have to say that you were a little bit lucky in that game. I didn't watch the game against Uruguay, but as I can see you had the same amount of chances as we did against them a nd scored only 2 goals as we did:) Only they weren't so lucky this time, so they didn't score like they did aganst us:)

I'm also "unexpirienced" NT coach as you are:) and I also got us through even when noone believed in us!

Against Holland you were a bit lucky, if you have a look at the shots on target. But it isn't pure luck that gave you victory. You knew how to cope with a stronger adversary, and you developped a tactic that could bring you victory.

For this you deserve all the credits.
