the closest to that, you can say is that he missed his chance to score, or simply failed to score, but for one thing you can be sure, he did not miss that shot, as it was o shot on goal...

Tough loss for Croatia IMO. Up 2 they had an open net in the 25th minute - if they tap that in they are likely home-free. Instead, they miss it and four minutes later it's all tied up.
