suomi is 7th, france 9th, england 12th and brasil 18th in the rankings.
Difference between teams from top-15 isn't so big, so usually with good tactic you can beat anyone of those teams.

i guess, because you scored one goal less than france ...
idd, I also didn't like the tactic of Italy. there was lot's of space between defenders and midfielders=> 4 goals from distance. I think Italy better played with 2 defensive midfielders and one central or attacking midfielder, cause those 3 in the mid didn't had a lot of use today.

todays game of belgium was a pathetic peace of art by the match engine, we should have NEVER lost that match...

and why was this shots?? becuace your defence played so deep. Polsih actions was pass long ball to attackers and they shot without any ryun with ball. If the defence will not be on 20-25 meters all the time, then probably we will have much harder to score
